Lectures by Prof. Maassen and Dr. Dammers on EEG and MEG 5.5.2015
Prof. Ben Maassen, University of Groningen, the Netherlands will give a lecture on EEG results of children at high risk for dyslexia on 5th May at 10:00 - 11:00 in Y33 134: ”Brain research findings from the Dutch Dyslexia Project”. Prof. Maassen is the coordinator of the Dutch Dyslexia Program, one of the few long-term longitudinal studies on the development of reading problems where children have been followed from infancy onwards.
Dr. Jürgen Dammers, Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH, Germany will give two lectures on EEG and MEG methods on 5th May at 12:00 - 14:00 in Y33 134: "Novel approaches for optimal feature extraction in M/EEG data analysis" and "Are you connected? - Evaluation of different connectivity measures". Dr. Dammers is the team leader for MEG physics in the Institute for Neurosciences and Medicine Forschungszentrum Jülich.
